เรื่อง การจัดตั้งสมาคมกีฬากอล์ฟเยาวชนไทย Thai Junior Golf Association
ตาม พ.ร.บ.การกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย พ.ศ. 2558 ในมาตรา 4 ได้กำหนดนิยามของคำว่า “สมาคมกีฬา” หมายความว่า สมาคมกีฬาที่ดำเนินกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการกีฬาและได้จดทะเบียนจัดตั้งตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้

โดยมีหลักการที่สำคัญคือ การขอจดทะเบียนจัดตั้งสมาคมกีฬา ให้ผู้เริ่มก่อการจัดตั้งจำนวนไม่น้อยกว่าเจ็ดคนยื่นคำขอพร้อมด้วยข้อบังคับของสมาคมกีฬาอย่างน้อยต่อนายทะเบียน ที่จะตั้งสำนักงาน โดยคุณสมบัติของผู้เริ่มก่อการจัดตั้งสมาคมกีฬา หลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการยื่นคำขอจดทะเบียนและการจดทะเบียนให้เป็นไปตามที่คณะกรรมการประกาศกำหนด (มาตรา 53) การจัดตั้งสมาคมกีฬานั้นในหมวด 6 ส่วนที่ 2 ได้มีการกำหนดประเภทของสมาคมกีฬาในมาตรา 62 ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ประเภท คือ
(1) สมาคมกีฬาทั่วไป
(2) สมาคมกีฬาแห่งจังหวัด
(3) สมาคมกีฬาที่ใช้คำว่า “แห่งประเทศไทย”

ในส่วนของ..."สมาคมกีฬากอล์ฟเยาวชนไทย" Thai Junior Golf Associationได้ยื่นคำร้องขอจัดตั้งเป็นสมาคมกีฬาประเภท "สมาคมกีฬาทั่วไป" เป็นสมาคมกีฬาที่จัดตั้งขึ้นเพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการดำเนินกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการกีฬาแก่สมาชิกเป็นการทั่วไป (ตามมาตรา 63) และได้รับการขึ้นทะเบียนจัดตั้งจากการกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย เมื่อวันที่ 21 มกราคม 2565โดยสมาคมกีฬากอล์ฟเยาวชนไทย มีเป้าหมายในการดำเนินการให้บรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ระบุไว้ในใบสำคัญแสดงการจดทะเบียนจัดตั้งสมาคมกีฬา

According to the Sports Authority of Thailand Act 2015, in Section 4, the definition of the word “sports association” means a sports association that operates sports-related activities and is registered under this Act.
