Thailand Junior Golf Association - TJGA will proceed total of 9 tournaments in 2022

รูปแบบการแข่งขัน
Format

• รายการเก็บคะแนนสะสมโลก Stroke Play 54 หลุม จำนวน 8 รายการ
  World Ranking Stroke Play of 54 holes total of 8 tournaments
• รายการเก็บคะแนนสะสมโลก Match Play Championship 1 รายการ
  World Ranking of one Match Play Championship

คุณสมบัติผู้เข้าแข่งขัน
Players Qualifications

1. มีสถานภาพเป็นสมาชิกของ Thai Junior Golf Association
   (ผู้เล่นที่ไม่ใช่สมาชิกของ TJGA สามารถเข้าร่วมแข่งขันได้โดยชำระค่า non-member fee และไม่สามารถเก็บแรงค์กิ้ง TJGA Order of Merit ได้)
   Member of Thai Junior Golf Association
   Non-Member could join TJGA events by paying non-membr registration fee and will not be ranked on TJGA Order of Merit
2. เพศชาย และ หญิง (ไม่จำกัดสัญชาติ)
   Male and Female (Any Nationality)
3. มีสถานภาพเป็นนักกอล์ฟสมัครเล่นอายุไม่เกิน 23 ปี ณ วันสุดท้ายของการแข่งขันรายการนั้นๆ
   Amatuer golfer status under ages of 23 on the last day of compeition

Rules & Conditions for Minimum Playing Field

• ทุนการศึกษาของฤดูกาลแข่งขันปี 2022 ดังนี้
• จำนวนนักกีฬาขั้นต่ำในการจัดการแข่งขันคือ 30 คน ถ้าจำนวนผู้เล่นไม่ถึงจำนวนขั้นต่ำ (minimum playing field) ทางสมาคมฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกจัดการแข่งขัน
  Minimum playing field of 30 people in each tournaments if the number of players do not meet the minimum requirement, TJGA reserves the right not to organize the competition. 
• หากจำนวนผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขันไม่ถึง 30 คน แต่มีจำนวนตั้งแต่ 23 - 29 คน สมาคมฯสามารถจัดการแข่งขันได้ โดยทุนการศึกษาจะถูกลดหลั่นลงมาเป็น 75%
  If the number of players are between 23-29 players, TJGA still could organize the competition and scholarship awards will be reduced to 75%
• หากจำนวนผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขันไม่ถึง 30 คน แต่มีจำนวนตั้งแต่ 15 - 22 คน สมาคมฯสามารถจัดการแข่งขันได้ โดยทุนการศึกษาจะถูกลดหลั่นลงมาเป็น 50%
  If the number of players are between 15-22 players, TJGA still could organize the competition and scholarship awards will be reduced to 50%
• หากจำนวนผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขันไม่ถึง 15 คน แต่มีจำนวนตั้งแต่ 8 คนขึ้นไป สมาคมฯสามารถจัดการแข่งขันได้ โดยจะไม่มีทุนการศึกษาสำหรับทัวร์นาเม้นนั้นๆ
  If the number of players are less than 15 but more than 8, TJGA still could organize the competition without scholarship awards.
• หากจำนวนผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขันไม่ถึง 8 คน สมาคมฯจำเป็นจะต้องยกเลิกการแข่งขันทัวร์นาเม้นนั้นๆ เนื่องจากไม่สามารถเก็บแรงค์กิ้ง WAGR ได้ ตามวัตถุประสงค์ของสมาคมฯ
  In case of the tournament has less than 8 players, the tournament will be automatically cancelled.

กฎและเงื่อนไขการแข่งขัน
Course rule and condition

• กรณีเสมอกันในลำดับที่ 1 ให้ใช้วิธีหาผู้ชนะแบบแพ้คัดออก (sudden death play off) หากไม่สามารถตัดสินด้วยวิธีแพ้คัดออกได้เนื่องจากสาเหตุ แสงสว่างไม่เพียงพอ สภาพอากาศ หรือเหตุการณ์ที่ไม่สามารถควบคุมได้ จะใช้วิธีการนับสกอร์ถอยหลังเพื่อหาผู้ชนะ ตามข้อ 3
  In case of tie scoring for the first place, sudden death playoff will be use in order to find out the Winner. In case of the darkness, poor weather or uncontrol circumstances we will find the winner by using rule number 3.
• การใช้วิธีนับสกอร์แบบ count back จะเปรียบเทียบสกอร์ 18 หลุมสุดท้าย, 9 หลุมสุดท้าย 6 หลุม สุดท้าย และ 3 หลุมสุดท้าย ตามลำดับ หากยังไม่ปรากฎผลแพ้ชนะให้เทียบสกอร์เป็นรายหลุมย้อนหลังตั้งแต่หลุม 18 จนกว่าจะได้ผลแพ้ชนะ
  Count back by comparing each player score start with last 18 holes, last 9 holes, last 6 holes and last 3 holes respectively.
• กรณีเสมอกันในลำดับอื่นๆให้แบ่งรางวัลและคะแนนเก็บเท่าๆกัน โดยนำรางวัลของตำแหน่งนั้นๆมารวมแล้วหารจำนวนที่เสมอ เช่น เสมอกันในลำดับที่ 5 จำนวน 3 คน ให้นำรางวัลอันดับ 5-7 มารวมกันแล้วหาร 3 เป็นต้น
  Case of tie scoring in all other finishing placement, we will share the reward by dividing the reward of each placement. For example, if 3 players are tied for 5th place, we will combine reward of 5th-7th place and divide them by 3.
• กรณีไม่สามารถทำการแข่งขันได้ เช่น สภาพอากาศ เหตุการณ์ที่ไม่สามารถควบคุมได้ ทางคณะกรรมการฝ่ายจัดการแข่งขันอาจจะพิจารณายกเลิกการแข่งขัน และจะแจ้งวิธีการดำเนินการให้ทราบเมื่อเกิดเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวขึ้น
  In case that we cannot continue the tournament including poor weather and uncontrollable events. Tournament committee may cancel the tournament and guide how to proceed when such incidents occur.
• ใช้กฎ one ball rule ยี่ห้อและรุ่นของลูกกอล์ฟที่ใช้แข่งขันต้องอยู่ใน USGA List of Conforming Golf Balls 
  One Ball Rule, each player must use golf ball brand and type that have lists in the USGA Conforming Golf Balls
• อุปกรณ์กอล์ฟที่ใช้ในการแข่งขันต้องอยู่ใน USGA List of Conforming Driver Heads 
  Golf Equipment that use in the tournament must be lists in the USGA Conforming Driver Heads 
• อนุญาตให้ใช้กล้องวัดระยะที่ไม่สามารถวัดสโลปได้เท่านั้น (ปิดการใช้สโลป)
  Rangefinder without slope allow (turn off slope mode)
• ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้เครื่องมืออิเลคโทรนิกทุกชนิดในการช่วยดูระยะในการแข่งขัน เช่น นาฬิกา มือถือ และแอพพลิเคชั่นต่างๆบนมือถือหรือแท็บเล็ต
  Electronic devices are not allowed to track the distance including watch, telephone and any application on the telephone or tablet
• ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้เครื่องมือสื่อสารระหว่างการแข่งขัน ยกเว้นในกรณีจำเป็นเช่นการโทรเรียกกรรมการ เป็นต้น
  Any communication tool are not allowed during the tournament except the player need to call the referee
• ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้แคดดี้ส่วนตัว​
  Private caddy are not allowed
• ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้รถกอล์ฟในการแข่งขัน
  Golf cart are not allowed in the tournament
